delivery policy:

Processing times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery times

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 working days

  • Europe: 4 to 8 working days

  • International: 7 to 14 working days

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier or periods of high activity (holidays, promotions).

Delivery costs

  • Free from 80€ of purchase (France)

  • For orders smaller than this, charges are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package in real time.

exchanges and refunds:

At Serelith, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund.

Terms

The articles must be:

  • New, unworn, no signs of wear

  • Kept in their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchange

  • Exchanges are possible for another size, color or model (subject to availability).

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or an error was made by us.

Refund

  • Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be issued within 7 to 10 working days via the original payment method.

  • Initial delivery charges are not refunded, except in the case of product error or defect.

Non-refundable items

  • Items on sale or in limited edition

  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons (except in the case of proven defects)

Return procedure

  1. Contact us at contact@serelith.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The article(s) concerned

    • The reason for return

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Return the package with tracking. Returns without tracking will not be accepted if lost.
